These Terms of Service govern your use of the CL Studio website at clstudio.uk and any services or digital products we provide. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

CL Studio is operated by Connor Lunn as an independent web design and development studio based in United Kingdom. Contact: hello@clstudio.uk.

Services and quotes

We provide bespoke web design, development, and related digital services, as well as template products. Custom project scope, price, timeline, and deliverables are agreed in a written quote before work begins. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Template purchases

Templates are digital products licensed for use under our Template Licence. You receive files by email after checkout. Licence tier (single business, multi-site, or commercial) is selected at purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Payment

• Template purchases are paid in full at checkout via Stripe.
• Custom projects may require a deposit and staged payments as set out in your quote.
• Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, timely feedback, and content you have the right to use. You must not use the site to submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

Intellectual property

Custom project deliverables transfer to you on full payment, except third-party assets and our pre-existing tools. Template files remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you — not sold outright. See the Template Licence for permitted uses.

Website use

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it excessively, or access areas you are not authorised to use.

Liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
