- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process billing details according to their own privacy policy.
- Technical data: our host (Vercel) may log IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and reliability.
- Local storage: your browser may store cart items and theme preference locally on your device.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver templates and send download links by email.

- To keep records for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

Processors we use
We use the following service providers to run the site:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (USA; appropriate safeguards for international transfers).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Stripe Payments UK Ltd — payment processing.
Each processor only receives the data needed to provide their service and is required to protect it.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and payment records are kept for up to six years where required for accounting and tax purposes. You may ask us to delete data sooner where we have no legal reason to keep it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the processors listed above or where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable.
